២៦ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១៥ / 26 November 2015 – European Parliament Resolution on Cambodia.
ក្នុងចំណុចទី២ និង ទី៣ នៃញត្តិរបស់ខ្លួន ចុះថ្ងៃទី ២៦ ខែ វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៥នេះ ស្តីពីកម្ពុជា "សភាអឺរ៉ុប ជំរុញឲ្យ អាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជា លុបចោលនូវ ដីកាបង្គាប់ឲ្យចាប់ខ្លួន និង រាល់ការចោទប្រកាន់ទាំងប៉ុន្មាន ដែលបានធ្វើឡើងចំពោះ មេបក្សប្រឆាំង សម រង្សី ុ (…) ហើយ ជំរុញ ឲ្យ រដ្ឋសភា ផ្តល់តំណែង និង តួនាទី (ជាអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ) ជូនលោក សម រង្សី ុ វិញ ជាបន្ទាន់ ព្រមទាំង ផ្តល់អភ័យឯកសិទ្ធិសភា ជូនលោកវិញផងដែរ"។
សូមរម្លឹកថា សភាអឺរ៉ុប តំណាងឲ្យប្រជារាស្ត្រ នៃ ២៨ ប្រទេស ដែលជាសមាជិក នៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប។


In Points 2 and 3 of its 26 November 2015 Resolution on Cambodia, "The European Parliament urges the Cambodian authorities to revoke the arrest warrant and drop all charges issued against opposition leader Sam Rainsy (…), and calls on the National Assembly to reinstate Sam Rainsy immediately [as member of parliament] and to restore his parliamentary immunity."
The European Parliament represents the peoples of 28 countries that are members of the European Union.
