I sick and tired of all the peoples complaining about this election laws agreements. Ask yourself these questions:
1. Before this does NEC boards consisted of mixed party ?
2. Before 2015 Does it part of constitutions ?
3. Do CNRP controlled any armed forces ?
4. Do CNRP controlled court ?
5. Do CNRP got backing from businesses elites ?
6. We are in a better positions after this agreements.
Not all we wanted but we gotten somes and CPP gotte=n somes.

CNRP leaderships did the best they could other than using thousands Khmer's lives against Hun Sen tanks. Khmers leaders are enter a period of dialogues not confrontations like Siam or Youn wanted.

Please can someone translated election laws agreement from Khmer to English I use to able read basic Khmer now after 30 years lived in U.S.A I can only can tell some Khmer alphabets. Thanks
