ឆ្លើយតបនឹងការលើកឡើងរបស់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបែបនេះ មន្ត្រីនាំពាក្យគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លោក យ៉ែម បុញ្ញឫទ្ធិ មានប្រសាសន៍បញ្ជាក់ថា កន្លងមកថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ពុំបាននិយាយចង់ផ្ដួលរំលំរដ្ឋាភិបាលស្របច្បាប់នោះឡើយ។ លោកថា ក្នុងករណីនេះ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ចង់ឲ្យមហាជនយល់ច្រឡំទៅវិញទេ៖ «ខ្ញុំយល់ឃើញថា ក្រែងអ្នកស្ដាប់គាត់យកទៅបំភ្លៃបន្ថែមទេ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែដូចខ្ញុំបញ្ជាក់ម្ដងហើយម្ដងទៀត ឯកឧត្ដម សម រង្ស៊ី និងឯកឧត្ដម កឹម សុខា យើងកំណត់ក្នុងនាមគណបក្សយកគោលការណ៍មួយ ដោយការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរដោយសន្តិវិធី និងអហិង្សា តាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោតដោយយុត្តិធម៌ នោះជាពាក្យដែលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ តែងតែនិយាយបាទ»។
អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវសង្គម លោកបណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ការឌឺដងដាក់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកនៃថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណបក្សជាប់ឆ្នោតទាំងពីរនេះ គ្រាន់តែជាការនិយាយលាបពណ៌ដាក់គ្នាប៉ុណ្ណោះ ហើយការនិយាយឌឺដងដាក់គ្នានេះ បានក្លាយជាវប្បធម៌របស់អ្នកនយោបាយរបស់ខ្មែរទៅហើយ៖«រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៅក្នុងសង្គមប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ មិនត្រូវប្រកាន់ក្នុងការប្រើពាក្យពេចន៍ទេ សំខាន់គឺទង្វើទៅវិញទេ ដែលអាចយកមកធ្វើការចោទប្រកាន់។ ហើយការចោទប្រកាន់ដោយយកតុលាការក្នុងការចាប់ខ្លួន គឺរឿងមិនល្អឡើយ ហើយគួរតែបោះបង់ចោលក្នុងទីលានប្រកួតប្រជែងចេញ»។
នៅមុន និងក្រោយការបោះឆ្នោតសភាតំណាងរាស្ត្រនីតិកាលទី៥ នាពេលកន្លងទៅ គណបក្សប្រឆាំងតែងប្រើពាក្យថា ដូរៗទៅដល់សាធារណជនទូទៅ គឺមានន័យថា ដូរមេដឹកនាំចាស់ចេញ ដាក់មេដឹកនាំថ្មីជំនួស តាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោតដោយស្របច្បាប់ ប៉ុន្តែមិនបានសម្រេចនៅឡើយ។ គណបក្សប្រឆាំងធ្លាប់អះអាងថា ខ្លួនមិនអស់ចិត្តចំពោះការចាញ់ឆ្នោតនាពេលកន្លងទៅនេះទេ។ ក្រោយមក គណបក្សនេះចង់ឲ្យមានការបោះឆ្នោតឡើងវិញ ដើម្បីរកយុត្តិធម៌ជូនម្ចាស់ឆ្នោត និងទាមទារឲ្យកែទម្រង់គណៈកម្មការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត ឲ្យល្អ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាដើម្បីឲ្យអ្នកឈ្នះៗដោយយុត្តិធម៌ និងអ្នកចាញ់ៗដោយអស់ចិត្ត។

ការបដិសេធនេះ ធ្វើឡើងបន្ទាប់ពី លោក កឹម សុខា អនុប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ អះអាងថា លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ប្រធានគណបក្សនឹងជួបជាមួយ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ដើម្បីពិនិត្យដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាសកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ មួយចំនួនដែលកំពុងជាប់ពន្ធនាគារ។ លោក កឹម សុខា អះអាងថា ដំណោះស្រាយនយោបាយនៅមិនទាន់បញ្ចប់ទេ នៅពេលដែលសកម្មជនគណបក្សប្រឆាំងត្រូវរងការចោទប្រកាន់ផ្នែកនយោបាយ និងជាប់ពន្ធនាគារជាបន្តបន្ទាប់នោះ។

Vietnamese folk are getting smarter too. I read a news about an 11-year old Vietnamese American girl going to University.
When I was 11, I was punished and bled over little food dispute worth about 10 cents. Then some years later, I peddled lottery tickets on the street. Dark-skinned Asian kids attacked me and I fought on the street a lot.... Luckily, I went to America at age 15 and was saved.

When the international investors choose between Cambodia or Vietnam to invest, they would choose Vietnam over Cambodia. They view Vietnamese workers smarter, more productive for them because Vietnamese keep winning International chess competition.
Oh, I read the news, Lucky Goldstar begins to move TV production from Thailand to Vietnam this week. There go another couple hundred million dollars in high-tech investment.
Soon Vietnam will have critical mass in the High-tech sector, Vietnam will have a huge boom in High-tech jobs.
I have just check a websites which collect building, landscapes, cityscapes in Vietnam and Cambodia. Cambodia only has some developments in two cities, Phnom Penh and Siem Riep. Vietnam has booming developments in so many cities, about 40 cities.
Let's put it this way. Each year Cambodia consume 1 million tons of cements for construction. Vietnam consumes 50 million tons. WoW!!! I don't see how Cambodia can compete with Vietnam.
