សភានីតិកម្មប្រទេសថៃដែលកើតចេញពីក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយោធា មានគោលបំណងកែប្រែរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញឆ្នាំ២០០៧ ដោយដាក់ឲ្យមានការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីដោយផ្ទាល់ពីប្រជាជន គឺមិនឲ្យនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីកើតចេញពីការបោះឆ្នោតដូចអាណត្តិមុន ខណៈចែងពីអាណត្តិនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីមានតែ២អាណត្តិ ស្មើនឹង៨ឆ្នាំ ។
សំណើនេះមានន័យថា តំណែងនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីដែលជាប្រធានគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ត្រូវជាអង្គនីតិប្រតិបត្តិដាច់ដោយឡែកពីអង្គនីតិបញ្ញត្តិ ប៉ុន្តែតាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោតដូចគ្នា និងពេលតែមួយ ។
ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការធិការនីតិកម្មសភាប្រទេសថៃ លោក ខ្លាណារ៉ុងចាន់ទីករីយ៉ា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា លោកគេត្រូវបែងចែកដាច់ពីគ្នារវាងនីតិប្រតិបត្តិ និងនីតិបញ្ញត្តិហើយថា គណៈរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីទាំងអស់មិនត្រូវជាបេក្ខជនតំណាងរាស្ដ្រ ហើយនាយករដ្ឋន្ត្រីអាចកាន់តំណែងបានតែ២អាណត្តិ ឬរយៈពេល៨ឆ្នាំដោយ១អាណត្តិមានរយៈពេល៤ឆ្នាំ ។
អនុប្រធានសភានីតិកម្មលោក សូរ៉ាចៃ បានឲ្យដឹងថាសំណើនេះ ត្រូវបានដាក់សុំការអនុម័តកាលពីថ្ងៃម្សិលមិញ ហើយនឹងត្រូវធ្វើការពិភាក្សានៅពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ ។
តាមលោក សូរ៉ាចៃ បេក្ខជននាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីត្រូវទទួលបានសំឡេងលើស៥០ភាគរយ ហើយបើមិនមានសំឡេងគ្រាប់គ្រាន់ គឺលទ្ធផលនៃការបោះឆ្នោតត្រូវចាត់ទុកជាមោឃៈ ហើយត្រូវបោះឆ្នោតជុំទី២ ។
កាលពីសប្ដាហ៍មុន ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយោថៃបានស្នើលោក ប្រាយុទ្ធ ច័ន្ទអូចា បច្ចុប្បន្នជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីតែងតាំងឲ្យឈរឈ្មោះ ជាបេក្ខជននាកយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសម្រាប់ការបោះឆ្នោតដើមឆ្នាំ២០១៦ តែលោកប្រាយុទ្ធ បដិសេធការធ្វើអត្ថាធិប្បាយនៅពេលអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានតាមសួរលោក ។
តាមការស្ទង់មតិថ្មីៗនេះដោយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ដុសិដ្ឋ ដែលធ្វើឡើងតែមនុស្ស៣រូប មាន លោកប្រាយុទ្ធ លោកស្រី យីងឡាក់ និងលោកអាប់ភីស៊ីត ឃើញថាលោកប្រាយុទ្ធ ទទួលបាន ជាង ៥០ភាគរយ ហើយលោកស្រី យីងឡាក់ និងលោកអាប់ភីស៊ីត បានលើ៤០ភាគរយបន្តិច ៕

In Cambodia, the constitution should be amended as follows:
1- Ah Hun Sen must quit his Prime Minister's post as of today.
2- Then the PM's tenure is 2 terms.

This is the right path of democracy , If Khmer step in the right path of democracy from the beginning , Khmer don't have dictatorship like right now . Please take a note , when one leader stay in the power for so long , and have no law to kick him out , he start to amass all wealth ,use corrupt cronies or close cycle families , friends or sympathizers or political affiliates to grab all the powerful and functioning position squeeze on their hand like military, security , judiciary , finance department ext. They destroy the whole country by use the law create by their subordinates ,and turn to be dictatorship and law abuser like Hun Sen right now . I said before and i said right now , Khmer problem for sure is not the freaking voting cheat or manipulation , but the power grabbing from the top isn't it ? The norm of our constitution is wrong from the start , they use 3 communist parties brain with mindset to create this Constitution for Khmer . this tree communist group collude all together , communist Yuon invasion group + Communist head by Sihanouk + communist head by killer machine Pol Pot . Under the thin veil of word Srouch srong cheath they commit serious crime behind Khmer back to crate the constitution that favor and guide by communist Sihanouk , because he is the nucleus of all traitor in the 3 communist camps . UN is a blind organization , they don't know and don't care in the detail of this secret , they just want to rapping up the mission sooner as possible Sihanouk family who die already start to survive and create one constitution that fit all the communist partners , you know what ? They want the communist to stay under control in this Khmer country for ever and let Yuon enemy progress on their plan to colonize Khmer under his rule as a king . To bad for Khmer citizen who are innocent and dream a big hope that their leader will lead the country to freedom and prosperity . Khmer constitution need to change to a vote for popular Prime minister and vote for individual representative in the district , event they all vote at the same time . When it happen like this the people will know who will work or listen to them if they not satisfy they will vote him down in the next term to come . Another good deed the term limit is really reliable too , put them down in 2 term instead of creating a dictatorship . Thank you to all Khmer .
