លោក គង់ ពុទ្ធីរ៉ា អនុប្រធានតំបន់អភិរក្សជីវៈចម្រុះសីមា បានឲ្យដឹងកាលពីម្សិលមិញថា ក្រុមល្បាតរបស់លោកបានប្រទះឃើញជនជាតិវៀតណាមចំនួនបួននាក់ កំពុងតែលួចកាប់ឈើក្នុងដែនអភិរក្សស្ថិតក្នុង ភូមិពូច្រា ឃុំស្រែព្រះ ស្រុកកែវសីមា កាលពីថ្ងៃអង្គារហើយបានធ្វើការឃាត់ខ្លួន រួមនឹងវត្ថុតាងមួយចំនួន ដូចជាម៉ូតូបីគ្រឿង ត្រាក់ទ័រមួយគ្រឿង រណារអារឈើចំនួនពីរ និងឈើផងដែរ។
លោក គង់ ពុទ្ធីរ៉ា បានបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ «ជនជាតិវៀតណាមទាំងបួននាក់ត្រូវបានចោទប្រកាន់ពីបទប្រមូលផលព្រៃឈើ និងប្រើប្រាស់រណារយន្តខុសច្បាប់។ ពួកគេទើបតែចាប់ផ្តើមកាប់ឈើបានមួយដើមទេ»។
លោកបានបន្តថា ពួកជនសង្ស័យបានឆ្លងដែនចូលមកទឹកដីកម្ពុជា តាមច្រកមួយហៅថាច្រក គ្រញូង ដែលស្ថិតក្នុង ខេត្តក្រចេះ ហើយពួកគេបន្តដំណើរទៅកាប់ឈើក្នុងតំបន់ការពារ។ ចំពោះត្រាក់ទ័រត្រូវបានទុកនៅក្នុងព្រៃសិន ដោយមិនអាចយកចេញមកបាន។ រីឯជនសង្ស័យទាំងបួននាក់ដែលមានអាយុចន្លោះពី ២៥ ឆ្នាំទៅ ៣៩ឆ្នាំ នោះ ត្រូវបានកសាងសំណុំរឿងបញ្ជូនទៅតុលាការខេត្តកាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ម្សិលមិញ។
លោក ពុទ្ធីរ៉ា ក៏បានឲ្យដឹងផងដែរថា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៤ នេះ មនុស្សជាច្រើននាក់ដែលរួមមានទាំងជនជាតិខ្មែរផងដែរ ត្រូវបានចាប់បញ្ជូនទៅតុលាការ ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងការកាប់រាននិងកាប់ឈើខុសច្បាប់នៅក្នុងតំបន់អភិរក្សសីមា។ ទោះយ៉ាងណា លោកមិនអាចបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់ពីតួលេខបាននោះទេ ដោយសារតែអត់មានឯកសារនៅក្នុងដៃ។
លោក ឃុត សុភាង ព្រះរាជអាជ្ញា ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ជនជាតិវៀតណាមទាំងបួននាក់ត្រូវបានសាកសួរហើយត្រូវបានប្រគល់ទៅឲ្យនគរបាលផ្នែកអន្តោប្រវេសន៍ខេត្ត ចាត់ការបន្ត ដោយសារតែពួកគេមិនទាន់ប្រព្រឹត្តបទល្មើសទាក់ទងនឹងព្រៃឈើនោះទេ។
លោក ទៀង សៅរតន៍ ស្នងការរងនគរបាល ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី ទទួលបន្ទុកអន្តោប្រវេសន៍បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា នគរបាលលោកបានទៅទទួលជនជាតិវៀតណាមទាំងនោះដើម្បីយកមកធ្វើការសាកសួរ ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងការឆ្លងដែនខុសច្បាប់ ហើយបើតាមកិច្ចសហប្រត្តិការណ៍រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ជនអន្តោប្រវេសន៍វៀតណាម ទាំងនោះនឹងត្រូវដោះលែងនិងបញ្ជូនទៅប្រទេសវៀតណាមវិញ។
លោក ញ៉ែម វ៉ាន់នី ស្នងការនគរបាល ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី បានថ្លែងថា តុលាការបញ្ជូនជនជាតិវៀតណាមទាំងនោះទៅនគរបាលដោយសារតែតុលាការរកមិនឃើញថា ពួកគេមានកំហុស។ នគរបាលកំពុងតែសាកសួរពួកគេ ដើម្បីបំពេញបែបបទធ្វើឯកសារទុក ហើយនគរបាលគ្រោងនឹងបញ្ជូនពួកគេទៅវៀតណាមវិញនៅថ្ងៃសុក្រនេះ៕

Why don't Khmer folks learns from Siam folks whose shoot and kills Khmer and accuses Khmer of stealing the timbers!? Shoot these thrives who stealing our trees illegally,they were our enemy away!...
Khmer authorities/soldiers would never dare to should the Yuon nor the Siam, deporting the Yuon today, they'll be back tonight, they're not afraid, they're always safe in Khmer's land, they'll never get shot by Khmer authorities, they'll always come back to steal and committing crime in Khmer.
But the Cambodian authorities/soldiers will make sure that they will shoot to kill their fellow Khmer citizen at anytime and anywhere, no problem at all to kill Khmer blood.
Hun Sen’s military is good at killing innocent Khmer only.
No fair! The 'human right group', Cambodia opposition and Cambodian tried to 'protect' ethnic minority criminals who ran aboard while mistreating those poor Vietnamese loggers.
I demand those 'human right group' and 'UN' to treat those loggers as equal as those criminals!
Racism and religious (those 'refugee' are Christian) solve nothing.

If you read the news in the world, the problem of illegal wood cutting, deforesting is wide spread. The only difference in Cambodia is, someone are doing illegal wood cuttings, and Mr. Hun Sen cannot stop all. If he tries too hard, they will all gang up and topple him.
That said, why don't Sam Rainsy goes and fight the illegal wood cuttings. I bet he would be shot dead just like Chut Wutty.
I love nature and forest. Do that, I will be impressed.
Mr. Hun Sen is one man and cannot not be everywhere at all time. He does not have total power over the whole country. And he must survive in the capital to ensure his legacy for Cambodia.
It is human nature to be corrupted. Sam Rainy and Kem Sokha already have shown corruption even they have very little power. They would be a lot more corrupted when they have more power.
Both of these two have played the race cards. They were willing to use innocent, poor and defenseless civilians for their political gain. They were willing to attack the garment industry, incite fights, protest to drive away the garment industry to scare Mr. Hun Sen into sharing power with them. That's evil. President Obama will never allow these two evil to meet him.
